The Discover Tasmania & City of Launceston Tasmanian International Bowls Classic is a new vibe for Tasmania & one of the most prestigious Bowls Championships in Australia.
Register your interest to play or come & watch TIBC2025 at Trevallyn Bowls & Community Club & see the likes of defending champion Aron Sherriff, Corey Wedlock, Aaron Teys, Gary Kelly, Ben Twist, Brianna Smith, Kevin Anderson & Joseph Clarke compete in Tasmania's biggest bowls event. You'll find quality food & beverage, live music and an array of VIP experiences fizzing with big game atmosphere.

This is the bowls event of the year and it's about to welcome a whole new kind of party!
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
1. 42 player field
2. Minimum 8 Games per player
3. Play at least 2 marquee players
4. Tier 3 BA Ranking event
5. Played across 1 grass green & 1 synthetic
6. Entry fee $100 includes all day food on Saturday for player & partner/friend. 2 x 1 hour free pour Saturday 4th from 2-3pm & 6-7pm
*** Due to the high number of entries pre-qualifying will be held in all Tasmanian regions. Mainland entries are encouraged although not guaranteed direct entry. Registration does not guarantee direct entry into the main event.

QUALIFYING INFO
- North: Longford BC – 24th August, 2025
- South: Kingborough – 17th August, 2025
- North-West: Burnie BC – 30th August (31st if Required)
- Registration closes SATURDAY 9TH AUGUST @ 5PM
- Open to any registered bowler
- $30 per player
- Successful qualifiers will be required to pay an additional $50 upon acceptance of entry into TIBC2025
- All players who gain entry into TIBC2025 receive complimentary all day food Saturday (except coffee van). 2 x 1 Hour Free Pours on Saturday & 1 x VIP Partner Ticket
DIRECT ENTRANTS
- The TIBC2025 committee will select Direct Entrants and announce on 12th August, 2025.
- Direct Entrants will be required to pay an entry fee of $100 which entitles them to all day food, an 8 x drink wristband & 1 x complimentary VIP partner ticket to 'Sporties on the Green'

- Thursday October 2nd: 'Mad Dog Rebooted' Epic Pairs Presented by Launceston Toyota & KMBC - $3,500 Pairs at Kings Meadows Bowls Club. Winners gain direct entry to TIBC2025
- Friday October 3rd: Calcutta Auction & Tournament draw from 6pm @ Sporties Hotel, Corner of Balfour & Charles St. Meal deals, Meet ‘n’ Greet with the stars
- Saturday October 4th: Day one of tournament play & 'Sporties on the Green' - Live Music, Free Pours, TV, All Day BBQ & Pig Roast
- Sunday October 5th: Day two of tournament play & finals
